Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Eligibility for Cancellation You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
The order has not been shipped.
1.2 How to Cancel an Order To cancel your order:
Email us at cancellations@calywer.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Alternatively, you can log into your account on our website and use the “Cancel Order” option if available.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your cancellation and initiate a refund (if applicable).
1.3 Refund for Cancellations
If payment has been made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), no payment is required, and the cancellation will be processed immediately.
Order Cancellation by Calywer
2.1 Reasons for Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
The product is out of stock.
There are issues with payment or incomplete order details.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
2.2 Notification of Cancellation In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. If payment has been made, a full refund will be initiated promptly.
Modifications to Orders
3.1 Changing Your Order If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change size, color, or shipping address):
Contact us at support@calywer.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Modifications may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Refund Process
For all cancellations resulting in refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
